Overview

Logic Leeds is the first ‘big shed’ scheme to be developed in Leeds for some time. Masterplanned for B2, B8 and ancillary uses in a landscaped ‘business park’ environment, Logic Leeds is strategically located at the new gateway to Leeds, 0.5km west of Junction 45 of the M1. It is just 2.5km east of Leeds city centre on the new East Leeds Link Road. Access is directly off the new Bellwood roundabout.

Muse Developments completed a forward-funding deal back in January 2019 for around £60m with Aberdeen Standard Investments for the 361,000 sq ft Leeds distribution site.

Progress update on the 300,000 sq ft state-of-the-art logistics facility currently being developed by Muse for our mutual end user client. Gleave are providing monitoring surveying services on this logistics facility at logic Leeds which aims to complete by the end of the year. Gleave are part of the development team working alongside contractor Bowmer & Kirkland and architect Fletcher Rae and engineers 3E
