Gleave was appointed as Quantity Surveyors on this refurbishment and fit-out project in London’s Hackney Downs as part of the expanding portfolio of nurseries for our client N Family Club. The Georgian building was sensitively restored and upgraded to support every element of N Family’s early years curriculum.

Indoors the nursery consists of nine large playrooms, as well as a dedicated art studio and kitchen for the children. It also benefits from a large 8,000 sq ft garden featuring a race track and an adventure play area.
