Gleave Partnership were appointed by N Family Club as Cost Consultants as a part of the ongoing roll out of Early Years Nurseries on this extremely challenging project in North London.

The works included extensive demolitions and alterations of the existing 1950’s building and the inclusion of a roof top extension and roof top play area. Internally the building was completely remodelled to create five individual playrooms and team rooms and parents zone.

The project was managed by Steve Cox and Ted Beesley.
