ICONIC SOUTH BELFAST STUDENT PUB THE ELMS BECAME TESCO EXPRESS UNIVERSITY ROAD

This was a challenging complex conversion of an old well established pub in which Gleave Partnership acted as the Cost Manager on this scheme and delivered another successful project for Tesco Stores Limited. Construction of this new Tesco Express with gross floor area of 4,007 sq. ft and net sales area of 2,220 sqft. Works comprised of major structural alterations and demolitions; internal fit-out with associated site works and services installations.
