Gleave Partnership were appointed by our client N Family Club as Quantity Surveyors and Cost Consultants on this recently completed project in Balham. The beautiful period building has been converted into a purpose-built nursery, designed to inspire and support both learning and play.

This nursery is completed with eight playrooms over four floors including a large garden with a play area, gardening patch, outdoor pizza oven and a fire pit. Inside the nursery is fit out with a dedicated art studio and mini children’s kitchen.
