Gleave Partnership were appointed as Quantity Surveyors by our client N Family Club on their most recent development in Tunbridge Wells. The 8,000 sqft grade-II listed property has been converted from an office space to a beautiful nursery, especially designed to inspire the children.

The nursery is fit out with seven spacious playrooms over four floors, including a dedicated art studio, children’s kitchen and parent café. Additionally, the building is fitted out with air purification technology, ensuring a constant high air quality inside the building. In addition to the large indoor area, the nursery includes a garden and an outdoor play area. The outdoor play area is complete with a climbing frame, water play area and gardening patch designed to keep the children active and entertained throughout the day.
