WELWYN GARDEN CITY

Gleave acted as Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager for this bespoke residential development in the heart of Welwyn Garden City. The project was particularly challenging insofar as the site was previously a garage forecourt and petrol filling station with the need to carefully remove the existing storage tanks. The project required close liaison with not only the Client but the main contractor to ensure the Client’s expectations were met.
