Overview

N Family Club has appointed Gleave to provide quantity surveying services and to further assist in providing feasibility studies and commercial management to help N Family Club select the best sites and maximise return on investment within their property portfolio.

Gleave will deliver shell alterations to the buildings in West Hampstead, London creating a brand new high specification educational facility following on with the internal fit out and cost management of the project.

This is a new client for Gleave who have vast experience in the early years education sector. Gleave understand the fundamental impact that environment has on child development and the key part this plays in the learning process for children. N Family Club is creating inspiring places for children to explore, learn and develop.

N Family club has the philosophy that a nursery is more than daycare – it’s the start of a child’s education, preparation for school, and the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.

Working with early years expert Dr David Whitebread, N Family Club has developed a teaching philosophy based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that blends influences from Jerome Bruner, Reggio Emilia and Maria Montessori. It’s a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn and develop their interests through play.

Gleave has been appointed alongside Kennedy Woods Architecture who specialise in architectural projects of social value for communities and individuals in need.
