Client Tesco Ireland Limited Value Refresh Cost €100,000 Programme 5 week programme. The start on site date of 24th March 2014. Completion on the 28th April 2014. Gleave Partnership Role This project was negotiated with Egan General Maintenance Ltd who were appointed as the Main Contractor. Form of Contract Tesco Gleave Partnership Key Personnel Project QS – Conor Lawlor Gleave Partnership were appointed as Quantity Surveyors for a new Tesco Training Academy in the Tesco head office - Gresham House, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. The project was to convert an existing dated meeting room into a new Training Academy. The phase 1 works comprised removal of the existing finishes, demolition of existing walls to create a new floor layout, removal of asbestos and repairs to the flat roof. The academy was then created with the installation of new flooring, ceilings, partition walls, furniture & plants, Air Conditioning units, IT equipment and projectors, lighting, internal & external signage and a complete redecoration of all rooms with a mixture of paintwork and vinyl wallpaper. The Training Academy was re-launched 28th April 2014
