Overview

Gleave have now delivered our seventh project for Marks and Spencer, providing crucial Project Management services to support M&S in their new Foodhall roll out. Gleave ensured that the store at Dalston store was delivered on time for the proposed store launch.

The opening comes some three decades since the closing of the Marks and Spencer department store a short distance south opposite Abbot Street with the foodhall now occupying the ground level of a 15-floor development by Taylor Wimpey of flats and studio apartments.
