The detailed construction solutions are yet to be fully resolved, however it is likely that the scheme will comprise piled foundations, with reinforced concrete ground slab and load-bearing superstructure with lightweight concrete floors. Elevations will generally be a mix of masonry and render with brick detailing and full height glazing to some elevations. Internally the scheme will comprise blockwork partitions to core and party wall areas and dry lined partitions to the apartments. Finishes will generally be emulsion paint to plastered or dry lined walls, plasterboard painted ceilings, laminate flooring to living space and bedrooms and ceramic or vinyl flooring to bathrooms. Domestic mechanical and electrical services will be provided throughout the apartments and landlords areas, although the retail space will be left with capped services.
