Client Tesco Stores Limited Main Contractor Cordil Construction Limited Value €610k Project Duration 4 weeks Gleave Partnership Role Quantity Surveyor Transforming an existing retail unit in Bray into a trading Tesco Express. Working in conjunction with Cordil Construction this scheme was delivered on time and below anticipated budget. This scheme was managed by Padhraig O'Neill from our Dublin office.
