The Works comprise the design and construction of the superstructure and fit-out of a four storey Police Headquarters with a gross internal floor area (GIFA) of 5,546m2, comprising: three floors of office space and a fourth floor plantroom.
The Site Works include excavation and earthworks for car parking area, to provide surface car parking, out buildings including bin store, motorcycle storage, cycle store, sub-station, switch room, generator and fuel tank, covered vehicle area, chiller compound, kennels, Pedestrian Paving, Pedestrian Access, Access Roads, section 38 & 278 highways works, Landscaping, Fencing, External Services and Drainage Installations.
These works were managed by our Senior Surveyor Michael Blaylock MRICS.
