The extension of an existing F44 store, with a nett sales floor area of 44,295 sq. ft. with the construction of an internal mezzanine floor to create a F59 (Extra) giving an increased nett sales floor area of 58,759 sq. ft. together with alterations to the existing service yard facilities including new Cage Marshalling Area and the Refresh of the existing Sales Floor.
The works were carried out with minimal disruption to the trading store.
