Transforming an existing retail unit in Bray into a trading Tesco Express. Working in conjunction with Cordil Construction this scheme was delivered on time and below anticipated budget. This scheme was managed by Padhraig O'Neill from our Dublin office.

The Works comprise the Refresh of the existing store layout approx. gross 45,745 sq ft (4,250m2), consisting of repainting to existing sales area walls & columns; refurbishment of existing customer service desk; refurbishment of existing mechanical and electrical installations including installation of dimmable lighting to Sales Floor; Shelving upgrade; new internal & external signage packages; Refrigeration cabinets replaced together with associated builders work; introduce Safe Store gates and generally refurbishing back areas and external fascade.
