The project is the construction of a new civic and leisure centre in Middleton, Greater Manchester.
The works comprised; the construction of a new civic and leisure centre, with facilities comprising swimming pool, changing facilities, sports hall, squash courts, theatre and auditorium, offices and toilets etc, together with associated site works and services.

The project comprised the construction of a new leisure facility for Mansfield District Council. The scheme provided a main hall which could be used for basketball, indoor football, badminton and also allowed local care groups to use the hall for occupational health exercises. The building also housed a weight training room, sauna and solarium, changing rooms, toilets and offices.
The project is a steel framed building with masonry and insulated cladding and precast upper floors. Finishes are generally plaster and paint to common areas with tiled finishes to wet areas. The main hall has a bespoke gym floor system. External works included an outdoor five-a-side football court.
