A major development comprising 1,750,000 sq ft of warehouse space over 6 phases on a lowland marsh with major site infrastructure works.
First phase of the development includes an initial land reclamation contract; with the construction of a chilled warehouse and recycling facility of 500,000 sq ft. with a Vehicle Maintenance Building, complete with all Installations, Specialist Fit-Out and provision of Offices; External Works, including Yards; Car-Parks; Fuel Island, Wash Facilities, Weighbridge, Automated Site Security and Access Equipment; and substantial site infrastructure works comprising Off-Site Highways, Drainage installations and Incoming Mains Services installations.
As well as the difficult site conditions, this project presents the specific challenge of working with multiple clients on an integrated delivery of the scheme.

External Works include Concrete Yard areas incorporating trailer parking, and circulation routes with protection metalwork; Tarmacadam Car Parking areas; Security Fencing, Turnstiles & Vehicle Barriers; CCTV & External Lighting installations; Adoptable Link Road; Environment Agency compliant work to existing water courses.
